Jamaican born recording artist Orthan Core released his first solo studio album Jungle Treatment on the 13th of April 2023. It comprises nine pulsating tracks flowing with African Nyahbinghi drums complemented with an arrangement of soulful vocals meditative yet hard hitting lyrics and rhythms. The core of the Album is authentically fresh with a frequency that speaks directly to the consciousness of heart, mind/spirit and soul.

The music permeates timelines as a continuation of the earth tone which can be found in the heart beat. It abstractly portraits the past with relation to how reality is perceived today. The way how life today is affected by the action or inaction of humanity to a greater extent.

Orthan Core says that personally the album is the fire key for motivation and strength. It’s one factor that kept him going through all the personal changes over the past four years. Before and during the recent mandatory lockdowns and global shift that the world has been witnessing.
